Gerardo began his training as a costume designer in Los Angeles, California, where he acquires a dramatic style that is printed in every collection. His developing in the fashion world had gain him the highly recognition of “Designer of the Year” in 2008, by a well respected El Comercio.

Since the opening of his Atelier in 2005, Gerardo has worked on his Haute Couture line, Prêt a porter and shoes. Among his latest achievements is giving his name and designs to MARQUIS by Gerardo Privat
