Designers» Jorge Luis Salinas

Jorge Luis studied Fashion Design at the Philadelphia University. In 1994 he returned to Perú and started to work designing for a department store where he developed a special line. In 1998, won his first award in Colone, Gremany, with a patchwork and creative collection.

Later on, in the year 2002 he got the GEN ART award in New York for a job made hand-woven as well as the Best Collection title at the Miami Fashion Week given by Spanish Vogue. Currently, he designs for Emporium, his urban line based on Peruvian fabrics such as denim and poplin
