Norka is a designer and business woman with more than 30 years of experience in female Haute Couture. Is the promoter and director of Centro de Altos Estudios de la Moda, institution created to develop high level and professional fashion designers. She is also in charge of the dressing of beauty events here in Peru and is the personal designer of important local personalities. She has been awarded as “designer of the Year” for 6 consecutive years by Gente Magazine.
